What do you get from pulse diagnosis using your smartphone?

The pulse wave quality assessment method extracts the specific components from the signal. These components make it possible to determine the deviations from the normal parameters and, thus, to identify the health status of all organs and systems in your body, and the accompanying symptoms.

Each organ or system, from the oriental medicine viewpoint, can have one of the three states:

Normal (Balance)

Overabundance (Excess)

Both the overabundance and deficiency associated with the function of a particular organ are equally harmful. The objective is to maintain the balance and harmonious functioning of all systems. When there is a deviation within the organs pair, but with the optimal value of the functional pair, there can be slight dysfunction of both organs. Overabundant function of one (for example, the heart) and the deficiency of its paired organ (small intestine) add up to the normal state and maintain the balance of each of the subsystems.

Upon closer examination, the degree of detail increases. The deviations pattern becomes more informative and makes it possible to bring the entire body into a balanced state more accurately.

Depending on the type of your smartphone, camera location, and other details, scanning can fail for the first time.

You can also measure the pulse wave using an external device, a pulse oximeter, smart bracelet or watch.

To connect an external device, select "Settings" → "Pulse wave reading device selection". Connection is established automatically.

Pulse diagnosis is the diagnosis of an integral system that detects the most subtle disorders at an early stage. Any organic change is preceded by a dysfunction. Functional diagnosis makes it possible to act proactively and to correct your body in a timely manner.

How does Omnio work?

Many of us remember the experiment during the physics lesson when white light passes through a prism and turns into a rainbow. This is called "dispersion", i.e. the redistribution of the wave intensity in space caused by superposition of multiple waves with different frequencies.
Likewise, the pulse on your wrist is the result of the interaction of a blood wave, which is generated by every heart beat, with your branched vascular system, which acts as a prism. Thus, the wave from the heart is split into components, with the subsequent formation of an interference pattern.
This pattern is individual in nature and depends both on the heart functioning and on the vascular system functioning, and makes it possible to assess the organs accurately.
